Emricci Pizzeria is a family owned business proudly serving families in our area. We are committed to providing good food from only the freshest ingredients at a reasonable price. Our goal is to serve our customers with top notch service each and every time.

Dave Emrich

Dave learned about pizza and Italian food where he was born and raised, near Philadelphia. He has lived in North Carolina for nearly 20 years, where he educated himself about hospitality.

A veteran of the restaurant business, and with more than two decades experience before, he and Jason decided to open Emricci Pizzeria in Locust.

Dave still has an unfortunate attachment to the Philadelphia Eagles, who continue to break his heart every year. He would be so honored for you to join him in support of his team.

Jason Wright

Jason is a North Carolina native and major Carolina Panthers fan, creating a fun rivalry with his partner Dave.

Together he and Dave worked as owners of a Jersey Mike's Subs franchise in Matthews before they decided to do branch out on their own - Emricci Pizzeria is the result.

A staff and customer favorite due to his outgoing personality, you'll find him manning the pizza counter most of the time.

Crust tossing is his behind the scenes specialty, so make sure your kids ask for this when you see him.

Community Involvement

We are not a chain restaurant. Locust is our home and you, our neighbors, are important to us. As good stewards, we offer our support to many local initiatives in an effort to keep our area the special place it is.

Tuesday nights are Community Night. We want to support a non-profit or school group the second Tuesday of each month by donating 10% of our sales. Enjoy great food and support our community and your local non-profit.
